Rates
The rates for the appartements are:
For 2 People: 130,00 € - 180,00 €
Price includes linen and sheets, towels, dish towels and final cleaning.
If required, linen, sheets, towels and dish towels will be changed free of charge.
We also offer the farmer’s breakfast for our apartment guests. It includes:
- homemade bread
- jams
- fresh eggs
- juices
- fruit
- in-house smoked bacon (17,00 €/person).
Additionally, you may also ask for our bread roll service.
We accept cash only, no credit cards!
We are happy to pick you up, they should arrive with train.
For bookings a 300 €/week deposit is required

Cancellation
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):
The deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation.
You can cancel up to 3 months before your set arrival date. If you cancel between 3 months and 4 weeks before your set arrival date we will charge you 3 days of your holiday. If you cancel within the 4 weeks directly before your set arrival date, then 70% of the booking will be charged.
To save costs, we recommend that you protect yourself and close a cancellation insurance.
Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.
